    Controller APPLICATION Selection Guidelines:

    • All Control Packages provide effortless fully-automatic pool temperature control - simply set the desired temperature and the controller turns the solar heated water on and off when sufficient solar energy is available.

    • All controller units have LED lights to show when the solar system is operating.

    • Package #3, #4, #5, and #6 are upgraded with digital readouts that display the precise pool temperature, the solar panel sensor temperature, and outside air temperature [requires additional sensor].

    • Package #3, #4, #5, and #6 are also upgraded with self diagnostics which actually signal an alert to any problems.

    • Package #4, #5 and #6 have all the above features plus an integrated timer that activates the pool pump for maximum solar gain and reduced power costs.

    • Package #5 has pool/spa automation• Package #6 has an exclusive 3-way solar valve that automatically drains the solar collectors when pump is off to prevent unsafe stagnant water.

        *The 3-way control valve is easily used to turn the solar
        heater on or off, plus regulate the flow of water and adjust
        the temperature. Manual adjustments only need to be made
        occasionally as the seasons change.

        The plumbing kit requires PVC piping that can be purchased at any local hardware supply.
