The Hayward Control PACKAGE #4 - Individual Components: • Aqua Solar AQ-SOL-LV-TC Control • 3-Way Valve • GVA-24 Actuator • Pool Water and Roof Sensors AQ-SOL-LV-TC Model The AQ-SOL-LV-TC unit utilizes the existing pool's circulation pump for solar heat pick-up. It works in conjunction with the Hayward 3-Way Valve and Actuator model GVA-24, or with other manufacturer's 3-Way valves. In addition to the standard features of the Aqua Solar Series, the AQ-SOL-LV-TC model includes an integrated time clock for 24 hour control of the pool's filtration pump with selectable solar override.The Aqua Solar Time Clock model is the Aqua Solar with a 3HP double pole relay for time based control of the swimming pool’s main filter pump. The time clock is programmable in 15 minute increments and can have multiple ON/OFF times. A small switch located on the timer face allows for manual turn ON, automatic operation via the selected ON/OFF times and manual turn OFF. The Hayward valve controls pool water circulation by the pool's filtration pump - either through the solar collectors, or bypassing the solar collectors.
Specific Applications: Designed for both large residential and heavy-duty commercial pools in the large to Olympic-size pool heating range when the AQ-SOL-LV-TC controller only needs a 3-Way Valve, or if a maintenance change-out or upgrade is required. Note: The unit has a front panel switch which provides for nocturnal pool cooling instead of heating. Cooling is used in conjunction with the pool's filtration pump being allowed to run during the early dawn, cooler hours. Installation Note: The AQ-SOL-LV-TC is designed for outdoor use.
