Once you've created Affiliate Links (STEP 2) you can start making money. Customers who click on your links will be tracked and clickthrough reports will be available on the Affiliate Report section of the Control Panel. Solar Direct will handle all fulfillment for sales originating from your website; order processing, shipping, customer service, and technical support.
The Affiliate commission is a percentage of the sale amount as listed below, plus a percentage of the commission of any new affiliates you sign up and affiliates they sign up.
You get 40% of the commission earned for every Teir 2 affiliate you sign up (2% of the total sale) and 20% of each Tier 3 affiliate your affiliate signs up (1% of the Total sale). Below is a sample diagram of net profits. To simplify the example we have assumed each person has sold a dollar amount to grant $100 commission each.
As an example Let's assume John made $300 in comissions, But John also signed up Sally, Mark and Sam and each of them made $200. John will receieve a total of $540. That's $240 more than he would have earned on his own, simply for encouraging others to join in on the program! Anyone that Sally, Mark or Sam get to signup will continue to contribute to both them AND John as well, so spread the word!
